GERREN BULLARD
Born and raised in the humble town of Chippingham in Nassau, Bahamas, Gerren Bullard’s journey is a remarkable testament to dedication, hard work, and an unwavering passion for world-class hospitality.
From modest beginnings working as a cleaner at Paradise Island Airport and the Atlantis Resort, Gerren quickly carved his path through the elite layers of the service industry. He became a trusted member of the VIP security and money escort K9 unit, safeguarding high-profile guests and casino clients with discretion and precision.
His pursuit of excellence led him to the front doors of some of the Caribbean’s most prestigious resorts. At Sandals Royal Bahamian, Gerren served as a doorman and quickly earned a promotion to Butler, mastering the art of personalized service. He continued to elevate his craft at the One&Only Ocean Club, where he was not only a Butler but also advanced to become a Butler Trainer, sharing his extensive knowledge and mentoring the next generation of service professionals.
Gerren’s skills earned him the trust of elite clientele at Baha Mar, where he was assigned to the Owner, CEO, and executive team. His attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs led to his promotion as Manager of Transportation and Shared Services, a role in which he was responsible for fulfilling the intricate demands of VIP casino and suite guests from around the globe.
His elite experience further expanded as he served for several years as the Personal Butler and Chauffeur to a private billionaire and his family—an experience that refined his understanding of luxury, privacy, and impeccable service.
